职位描述
Job title: Supplier Development Manager
Job Summary:
Develop new suppliers based on the needs of producing new products of the company; help suppliers to digest Company’s production technology; make suppliers’ design, production and testing process meet Company’s needs and requirements; provide long term technology support to the suppliers in order to stabilize suppliers’ performance; solve various differences and conflicts between Company and the suppliers to facilitate the cooperation development; mandate and renew the framework cooperation contract signed with the suppliers based on the new cooperation condition. Cooperate with Quality Control Manager and Projects Manager to solve Suppliers’ problems that prevent the cooperation in the long term manner.
Job Discerption:
1. Over 10 years working experience.
2. Has rich experience on the Manufacturing, Purchasing or After Sales Service of Industrial Equipment and Products. Experience on Machinery Manufacturing, Rubber, Petroleum, Marine Equipment Industry is preferred.
3. Good communication, organization and coordination ability; flexible and active in dealing with issues.
4. Can adapt to international company working environment.
5. Has the strong sense of responsibility and morality; has the strong quality awareness and quality concept based on the sense of responsibility and morality.
6. Keen observation and active-motivated; be able to identify the problem of suppliers’ Quality Control System and Organization; be good at finding out the reason for the problems about Suppliers Management and Work Flow; be able to capture the key points for carrying out actions to accelerate the problem solving.
7. Familiar with the general principle and practical operation of manufacture and procurement quality control; has certain experience on Work Flow Management and Quality Management of the Manufacturing and Trading Enterprises.
8. Be able to guide the suppliers to make adaptive changes and improve the quality and efficiency of the cooperation, with the understanding of the company's industry characteristics and operation habits and patterns.
9. Science and engineering background.
10. Good writing skill.
11. Skilled in use of CAD and 3D software.
12. Careful, acute, focused, dedicated and responsible.
13. Can adapt to the intensive travel, about 150 days a year.
14. Learning oriented and problem-solving oriented.

根据公司产品生产需要发展新的供应商；帮助供应商消化公司产品生产技术；使供应商的设计，生产，检验流程与公司需要和要求接轨；对供应商提供长期的技术支持以稳定供应商表现；解决公司与供应商之间的各类分歧，矛盾，促进合作关系发展；就与供应商合作新的情况，修改更新与供应商框架合作合同。配合质量经理和项目经理，从长远解决供应商方面不利合作的问题。

2． 具备相当工业设备和工业产品的生产，采购或售后服务经验，有机械制造，橡胶，石油、船舶设备工业经验者尤嘉
