岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Working with PM to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
2. Developing & Maintaining portals/applications/databases for CTS (etc. GCR IP project),
3. Modeling business processes resulting in logical/physical designs.
4. Supporting ad-hoc data/queries from our database (VMASSQL/PC inventory/HeadTrax/IP.. ).
5. Provide the regular maintenance to the LAB Data Center systems and ensure the overall wellness.
6. Provide training and “1 to N” informational content through tech talk, web page or Knowledge Base articles.
7. Contribute to lab upkeep and asset inventory accuracy on a regular basis.
8. Assist Manager with managing, organizing and updating the content in SharePoint portal, also assist with the design the portal for simple and easy usage.
9. Communicate with stakeholders and document the feedback.
10. Generate the documentation or reports based on Manager’s guidance.
　
岗位要求Requirements
Education
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Computer Science or relevant major is preferred
Knowledge
1. 3+ industry experience with solid software design, development, and shipping experience with C#.
2. Strong knowledge on database-related application development work (MSSQL/TSQL)
3. Good understanding on web development technologies (MVC, ASP.NET, XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, IIS)
4. Working knowledge of .Net technology and web service.
5. Strong debugging, coding, and problem solving skills. Passion for quality.
The following knowledge are a plus:
1. MS SharePoint Development Skill
2. DBA skills in SQL Server 2008 R2/SQL Server 2012
3. Be familiar with PowerShell (hyper-v/FCM)
4. Be knowledgeable on the Microsoft BI technical stack (SQL Server, OLAP, SSIS, etc.).
Either of the below certification is a big value-add
1. Any certificate as regards to above knowledge areas.
2. ITSM/ITIL
Skill
1. Self-starter with excellent verbal and written skills in both Mandarin and English. Be able to handle English Con-call independently.
2. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
3. Provide and facilitate the delivery of technical solutions and information to CSS Engineers.
4. Meet service delivery guidelines within the principles of the Customer Focused Culture.
Working Experience
1. At least 3-5 year related working experience.
2. Participation in small to medium scale projects and familiar with the Project Management framework is an advantage.
