职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales forecast and target management
a) Improvement Forecast precision and goods replenishment.
b) Support improvements to Rolling Forecast Planning processes, templates & timelines
c) Sales budget/ target setting up and management
d) Sales performance review by product line by region by channel by staff
e) Formulate budget planning and management
f) Develop sales tracking system to ease monitoring by sales staffs.
g) Develop and improve incentive scheme for employees in all channels
2. Daily sales management
a) AR management and credit control
b) Formulate and maintain sales policies
c) Continuously improve business coordination and process from order to delivery and payment collection
d) Contract policy review and management
e) Establishing Critical timelines and respective regions are aligned on process and objectives
f) Follow up on the execution of office sales activities.
g) Arrange sales meetings and make sales analysis report on sales funnel /pipeline /forecast/orders
3. Sales support and coordination
a) Co-ordinate with internal departments including Supply Chain, HR, Finance, MKT to achieve high operational efficiency.
b) Improve the communication process between the management and front- line sales teams.
c) Monitor and maintain highest standard of internal customer services
d) Lead, coach and train the sales teams to ensure consistent growing in skills, confidence and effectiveness in their roles.
4. After sales service
1) Improve current procedure to ensure a happy purchasing experience
2) Follow closely the closing of every complaints
3) Analyze the reason of complaints and coordinate related department to improve
Requirements:
Working Background:
More than 5 years related working experience
Education:
Bachelor degree or above
Specific Skills:
Strong communication skills and team work spirit
Statistical and analytical skills
PC and Language Skills/:
Good English skill in both oral and written field
Familiar with MS Office, Outlook etc.
Report to: Sales Director
Direct Report: Contract Sales Admin(3 people), After Sales Service(2 people), Sales Operation Executive(1 people)
