职位描述

岗位职责:
Responsibilities
1.编制和完善公司各项规章制度和行政工作流程,并负责各项行政规章制度的监督执行与报告工作;
Establishment and perfect rules and regulations of the company and administrative workflow, and is responsible for the supervision and execution and reporting of administrative rules and regulations
2. 负责公司日常的行政事务管理工作,全面支持公司整体运作;
Be responsible for the daily administrative affairs management, fully support operations of the company as a whole
3. 组织协调各类会议及员工活动,组织好来客接待和相关的外联工作。
Organize and coordinate meeting and various staff activities and organize visitor reception and relations outside.
4. 负责组织办公用品的登记以及发放工作,进行固定资产的审核与管理,并对办公成本费用加以控制;
Office Fixed assets management and maintenance, in charge of daily purchase/management and stocktaking on a regular basis.
5. 管理和维护公司办公室固定资产,负责申请并购买,日常使用管理及定期盘点。
Fixed assets management and maintenance of the company office, responsible for application and purchase, use daily management, and inventory on a regular basis
6. 负责办公室内各类活动及会议的相关行政工作,参与组织公司活动(年会,餐会,出游等)。
Arrange all kinds of activities and meeting associated administrative work in the office, and participate in organize the activities (conference, dinner, travel, etc).
7. 保证日常办公室环境的安全,负责办公室相关的装修,家具,办公设备等事宜。
Ensure the daily office environment safety, in charge of office decoration, furniture, equipment, etc.
8. 负责公司文件管理工作,对文件进行定期整理、 分类、归档,协助对外联络与接待工作及办理公司所需各项证照;
Responsible for the management of company files, the file regularly finishing, classification, filing, and assist external liaison and reception work for company related business licenses
9. 参与行政相关的合同的谈判,确保合同内容的合法,完整和价格的合理(办公室租赁,装修,车辆,酒店,办公用品等)。
Involved in the contract negotiating process, to ensure that the contract legal, complete content and the reasonable price (eg. offices rent and decoration, vehicles, hotels, office supplies, etc).
10. 负责外籍员工的签证工作以及完成上司交办的临时性工作
Responsible for the foreign employees visa work, and finish temporary work assigned by the supervisor.

任职要求:
Requirements
1. 至少5年相关行业的成功经验
To be successful, you need to have at least 5 years working experiences in relevant field
2. 本科以上学历,良好的中文写作能力
Bachelor degree or above Good Chinese writing;
3. 最近在跨国公司工作经验者优先
Previous working experiences in Internet Companies will be preferred.
4. 办公室筹划与管理, 项目管理及服务交付的经验
Rick experience on office planning and management, project management and services delivery
5. 能在快速发展的环境中高质量的提供后勤保障
high quality administrative support under the fast-paced environment
6. 良好的计算机技能:MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
PC Skills: MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point;
7. 流利的英文听说读写并且有学习能力和学习的态度
Fluent in English speaking and writing,Fast-learner and willing to learn
8. 注重细节,执行力强,组织能力好
Attention to details and follow instructions carefully, well-organized at work
9. 能够自我激励, 很好的人际交往技巧,很强的沟通技巧和团队合作精神
Self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills,Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork
10. 服务意识和耐心,乐于助人并可以处理冲突事宜
Customer orientation with careful and patience attitude, you need to have pleasant and helpful characteristics ability to deal with issue which conflict with procedure
