岗位职责：
1、独立处理外贸企业账务，包括但不限于外贸日常会计业务处理及凭证、登帐、汇总记账、月末报表、销售报表的编制和各种税务报表；
2、负责公司财务管理及内部控制，根据公司业务发展的计划完成年度财务预算，并跟踪其执行情况；
3、制定、管理和实施公司的经济、财务标准和程序，以满足控制风险的要求；
4、分析并改进现有流程，不断提高资金的利用率和工作效率；
5、根据公司发展规划，协助决策层制定公司发展战略并进行资金筹划，与各商业银行，投资银行等金融机构进行融资洽谈，以及对公司拟投资的项目进行财务分析；
6、完成上级交付的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，外贸会计、金融，经济类等专业；
2、五年以上会计从业经验，三年以上外贸会计从业经验，持有中级会计职称证书；
3、熟悉进口贸易企业整套财务流程/制度，熟悉国内外会计准则，精通企业税务处理；
4、熟悉外汇政策、信用证国际规范、出口退税政策；
5、熟悉外汇核销及出口退税流程，熟悉国际结算方式及外贸进出口业务核算流程，熟悉进出口税法知识；
6、具备投资项目财务分析的知识和经验，熟悉商业银行投资运作规则，有过贸易项目投融资经验尤佳；
7、具备较好的中英文读写能力，能够阅读本职工作中遇到的各种英文资料，能熟练使用办公应用软件；
8、具有良好的团队合作精神和与人沟通及组织协调能力，为人正派、忠诚，工作认真、细致、责任心较强。

Position responsibility:
1. Can independence handle foreign trade, more than daily foreign trade work ,certificate, entry account, summary statistics, the report of the end of a month, formation marketing report and various tax report.
2. Be responsible for Financial Management and inter controls, according to business developing plan accomplish annual budget report, and tracking the executive condition.
3. Develop, manage and implement the company's economic and financial standards and procedures, in order to meet the requirements of control risk.
4. Analyze and improve existing processes, and constantly improve the utilization rate of funds and the work efficiency.
5. According to company development planning, policy makers in planning of company development strategy and planning, with the commercial Banks, investment Banks and other financial institutions to financing negotiations, as well as to financial analysis the project of the company intends to invest .
6. Understand capital planning, banking and financing process.
7. Complete the other tasks that the superior arrangement.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree above, foreign trade accounting, finance and economic major etc.
2. More than five years accounting experience three years foreign trade accounting work, owing the certification of intermediate-accounting.
3. Be familiar with import and export complete set of finance process or system. Master the domestic and overseas accounting standard and business taxation.
4. Be familiar with foreign exchange policy letter of credit international standard.
5. Specialize in foreign exchange offset, familiar with international settlement knowledge and foreign trade business accounting process, understand the basic knowledge of import and export taxation.
6. With the analysis of investment project financial knowledge and experience, familiar with the rules of commercial bank investment operation, especially in
project investment and financing of trade experience is priority
7. Good English reading, writing and spoken language, can read all kinds of English documents in work ,can skilled us office software.
8. Good team spirit, communication, organization and coordinate, honest, loyalty, serious, careful and have strong responsibility.
