职位描述

岗位职责:
1、根据公司业务发展, 协助上级制定和调整人力资源总体规划与年度实施计划;
2、负责建立公司的人力资源管理和行政管理体系,制定和完善公司管理规章制度;
3、制定招聘人才储备计划,建立中高级人才招聘管道和网络,保障人员供给,为公司的发展及时提供适合人才供应
4、负责员工劳动关系、劳动合同、保险和人事档案的管理及劳动争议与劳务纠纷的处理工作;
5、组织编写、审核公司各部门职能说明书与职位说明书,建立、健全公司的职位体系,并根据企业发展的不同阶段,向管理层建议合理的组织架构建议;
6、协助企业制订合理的激励制度及绩效考核体系;
7、定期进行人力资源数据分析,提交公司人力资源分析报告;
8、组织、协调公司年会、员工活动、及各类会议。
资格要求:
1、人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历, 5年以上相关工作经验;
2、熟悉人事管理各项操作流程;
3、熟悉并掌握劳动法等相关劳动管理相关政策法规;
4、熟悉劳动合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇、培训等方面的法律法规及政策;
5、具有较好的性格魅力,能整合不同的工作团队,具有良好的组织、沟通、执行和协调能力;
6、能以英文作为工作语言;
7、能承受工作压力和心理压力。


Job responsibilities:

3, recruiting talent reserve plan, establish the senior personnel recruitment channels and networks, security personnel supply, supply for the development of the company in a timely manner to provide suitable talents
4, responsible for staff labor relations, labor contract, insurance and management of the personnel file work and labor disputes and labor disputes;
5, organizes, audit the company various departments functional specifications and job descriptions, establish and improve the company's position system, and according to the different stages of enterprise development, the reasonable suggestion to the management of organizational structure;
6, assist enterprises to formulate reasonable incentive system and performance appraisal system;
7, human resources data analysis on a regular basis, submit the company human resources analysis report;
8, organization, coordination company annual meeting, staff activities, and all kinds of meetings.
Qualification requirements:
1, bachelor degree or above, major in human resources management or related, 5 years of relevant working experience;
2, be familiar with the process of the personnel management the operations;
3, familiar with and master the labor law and other relevant policies and regulations on labor management related;
4, familiar with the labor contract management, salary system and personnel mechanism, insurance benefits, training and other aspects of laws and regulations and policies;
5, have good personality charm, can integrate the different work team, has a good organization, communication, execution and coordination ability;
6, can with English as working language;
7, can work under pressure and psychological pressure.
