Job Responsibilities/岗位职责:
-Sustain mass production process to continuiously improve the productivity and FPY. (include maitain and improve production process, process documents, fixture.etc. Quick problem solving in production to keep it smooth)).
维护和改善已量产产品的生产工艺，不断提高生产力和一次通过率。（包括维护和改善生产工艺、工艺文件和工装卡具，快速解决生产中出现的问题保证生产顺利进行）
-Implement SPS to eliminate the 7 wasted in production area.
实施SPS （西门子生产系统）消除生产中存在的7种浪费
-New product ：DFM review for new design , New product manufacturing process set up.(Doc: Process flow , WI, Standaed work, Routing, BOM;
and line setup(equipment/fixture/tools), layout design ...)
新产品：对新设计进行可制造性分析，建立新产品的生产工艺。（包括生产流程、作业指导书、标准作业彪、Routing 和材料清单）
-Organize ECO implementation in manufacturing operation through PCN and track the implementation status.
负责工程变更在生产系统的执行，通过PCN 组织实施和跟踪结果。
-Product and process study to understand well the key product characteristic and key process characteristic to better control process and product quality.
研究产品和过程，掌握关键产品特性和过程特性,更好地过程控制生产过程确保产品质量。
-Product component qualification and improvement with team.
产品元件的认证。
-EHS related process confirmation
与工艺相关的职业健康和安全的确认。
-PCBA outsourcing: Maintain SAP for outsourcing,prepare process documents , Confirm supplier process and samples qulification.
PCBA 外包: 负责SAP系统的维护、工艺文件的准备、供应商生产工艺的确认以及样品的认证。
Job requirements/岗位要求：
-At least 3 years experience in PE or IE.
-Good PE or IE experience.
-Lean know-how.
-Know 7 quality tools, PFMEA,CP.
-Good Word,Excel and PPT skills.
-Fluent English
