职位描述
1. 负责实施UL培训咨询事业部专业质量管理体系课程范围内的各项培训和咨询辅导；
2. 负责咨询项目的项目管理及协调工作，确保项目的顺利进行；
3. 负责指定的课程开发，学习并积极转化领先的知识和最佳实践，及时了解行业和国际动态和顾客要求，保证课程的更新、评审和持续的有效性和适宜性；
4. 协助销售和市场团队，对客户需要进行前期调研分析，并协助完成项目方案；
5. 及时反馈向公司反馈客户辅导进度和辅导中出现的任何需解决的问题。

职位要求
1. - 具有大学本科或本科以上学历；
2. --具有10年以上工作经验（其中包括5年以上生产、技术，质量管理实务经验 及2年以上相关培训师或咨询师工作经验；具有汽车行业的工作经验，如有整车厂或其一、二级供应商的生产和质量管理背景优先。
3. -熟练并掌握TS16949及AIAG五大核心工具，具有独立推进TS16949项目经验者优先，熟悉并掌握大众、通用及福特主机厂特殊要求者优先；
4. –熟悉各类质量管理工具，能独立开发教材， 良好的PPT制作能力者优先；
5. - 具有良好的项目协调和管理能力及项目推动能力；
6. - 具有良好的语言表达/演讲能力及授课能力；
7. - 具有良好的英语能力（听、说、读、写）；
8. - 具有诚实工作态度和积极向上的专业作风；
9. - 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
10. - 能够经常出差,地域不限。
