Job Description:
· Process owner for General ledger of Business Unit (BU), including periodically closing and reporting;
· Take ownership of accounting reconciliation to ensure quality of BU accounting book;
· In charge of annual external audit , tax filing and annual government inspection;
· (mainly includes but not limits to:)
- Monthly Business tax Return filing and quarterly Enterprise Income Tax Return filing;
- Prepare tax reconciliation and defer tax accrual on quarterly basis;
- Withhold Business tax and/or enterprise income tax for payment to overseas on trade /non-trade items;
- Monthly Business tax or Value Added Tax (VAT) Return filing

and quarterly Enterprise Income Tax Return filing;
- File for stamp duty and other tax surcharges regularly;
· Keep close relationship with State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) and handle overseas payment;
· Responsible for Tax, SAFE, Finance and Statistics etc;
· Coordinate among business unit and finance function.

Requirements:
·Bachelor degree in accounting /taxation/finance/economics with 5 years related experience, preferably with multinational company experiences with 3 years focusing on General Ledger and taxation, VAT filling;
· Accountant Certificate is a must;
· CPA/ACCA qualification will be an advantage;
· Good command of PRC GAAP and Chinese tax Regulation, experience with US GAAP is preferred;
· Prior working experience on Oracle is a plus;
· A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills,
· Fluent in oral and written English.
