Description of position duties / responsibilities and major activities performed:
Applies basic principles, theories, and techniques to solving diverse and basic software problems, issues and questions. Must be capable of AVEVA Plant Design Products to a particular discipline and giving direction and guidance during the implementation of these products.
Primary tasks will be to:
- Perform technical tasks in support of implementation of Plant Design Products
- Perform helpdesk support via phone and email with customers
- Analyze customer problems
- Research issues
- Maintain traceability of issues
- Technical service documentation
Qualifications :
Essential / Required:
- Experience in providing technical support. Prefer experience using/supporting 3D modeling systems for design in the plant industry.
- Strong interpersonal and technical writing skills (Both in Chinese and English).
- Must have analytical skills with the ability to solve problems in a timely manner while adapting to changing priorities.
- Effective communication skills are required.
- Microsoft Office skill required
- Experience with programming a plus.
- Ability to travel
- Working location will be in Shanghai or Guangzhou
Desired / Preferred:
- Process Engineer
- 3 years work experience.
- At least in the daily use of a drawing software or analysis software. Graphics software does not limit the 2D or 3D software. Analysis Software refers to his own professional use.
