Responsibilities:
1. Take responsibility for test program (wafer test and characterization wafer and package level) development for mixed-signal integrated circuits
2. Characterize and evaluate ASIC performance over process and operation conditions
3. Responsible for ramping and release cost effective production test solution and program into mass production
4. Setup test plan, manage subcontractors for tracking project schedules, quality and resources
5. Close cooperation and interaction with international teams

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or master degree in Electronics, Communications, Computer Engineering or equivalent
2. ATE experience (>5 years) on Advantest (93K, ATH, CTH) and/or Teradyne (J750, Flex) test platforms
3. ATE test board and/or bench application board layout experience
4. Familiar with test of integrated mixed-signal circuits (ADC, DAC, PLL, Oscillator)
5. Familiarity with design for test (DFT) techniques and structural tests such as Scan/ATPG, JTAG, and memory BIST
6. Familiar with bench tester like PXI
7. Self motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit
8. Ability to manage projects and subcontractors
9. English written and verbal
10. Willingness to work and interact in international teams
