任职资格:

1、22岁以上，市场营销等相关专业优先；

2、声音甜美，普通话标准，沟通力强，善于以电话方式与陌生人交流；

3、诚实守信，有良好的团队合作精神,迎接挑战的信心和对工作的激情；

4、吃苦耐劳，好学有恒心，有意愿在海外地产行业长期发展。

岗位职责：

1、通过电话与客户沟通，了解客户需求；

2、掌握有效的沟通技巧邀约客户，维护客户关系；

3、通过电话沟通，帮助直属经理完成销售业绩；

4、收集和分析市场数据，并定期反馈最新信息；

5、按时完成部门制定的销售任务，服从部门主管的监督和领导。
