新品开发：会同销售部门了解客户需求，分析市场趋势;业务下单：设计人员必须严格按照业务工作单和客户要求，进行设计开发工作.制定设计方案并上交主管领导组织协调实施；

熟练使用：数码打样机及IMPACT软件等
