Opportunity


Copal is expanding its Beijing research centre, and is looking for highly motivated individuals to join us. Daily activities would include, but not limited to the following:

- Debt comparables / benchmarking
- Debt profiles
- Financial modeling
- Capital structure analysis
- Debt structuring
- Headroom analysis
- Trading comps & benchmarking
- Credit positioning
- Company profiles
- Credit memos / briefing packs
- Indicative rating analysis / presentation
- Investor presentation / road show material
- Industry analysis
- Credit analysis
- Other ad-hoc tasks



Required Background


- Complete fluency in written and verbal Mandarin & English language
- Top academic credentials
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Technical skills
o Must have strong written/verbal and quantitative skills
o Strong analytical skills
o Good grasp of business concepts
o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Soft skills
o Strong project management / multi-tasking skills
o Ability to work against tight deadlines
o High attention to detail
o Highly ambitious
o Team player



Location: Beijing

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
