Customer Service Representative (SZ Rep. Office)

The candidate is responsible for sales order entries and maintenance, shipment release, inventory management and forecast order management.

Job Duties
-Input sales order and arrange shipment
-Closely collaborate with Field Sales to maintain healthy level of inventory
-Handle pre-order and sample request
-Deal with customers’ enquiries
-Forecast order management

Job Requirements
-Bachelor Degree in any discipline with experience in sales
-MUST BE proficient in spoken and written English with CET Level 4 or above
-Knowledge on semiconductor product with experience to provide on time delivery to customers and enhance customer satisfaction level are strongly preferred
-Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills
-Good time management skills and PC literacy on Microsoft Office applications
-Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
