职位描述

Responsibilities:
? Be responsible for Design, Deployment and Customization of Avaya Contact Center Solution
? Proactively involve in proposing Contact Center Professional Services, while working closely with sales/presales/marketing teams
? Be responsible for delivering post sale support for Contact Center project, and closely follow up deals to make sure services are successfully delivered on time and achieve customer satisfaction
? Provide Contact Center related technical consultant to address clients'business needs
? Perform ongoing technical tasks associated with organizational unit
? Contact Training and Knowledge transfer to customer, business partner or internal teams
? Proactively learn and update technical skill, with specialization in selected areas within Contact Center

Requirements:
? BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering. MS is a plus.
? 5-10 years practical knowledge and experience on Contact Center portfolio and technology; SW development skill is a plus
? Good understanding of Contact Center solution; Contact Center operational knowledge is a plus
? Being able to clearly articulate Contact Center architecture and advise related solution to address customer's needs
? Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers, business partners and Avaya associates
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
