职位描述

Job Summary:

Assist in all functions of Business Development department. Support Market Managers in China in administrative tasks, reports, problem solving, and coordination with various departments in regional headquarter. Assist hotel partners in these markets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

General:

Support hotel partners in reservations, system usage, reports, payment and other operational tasks.
Assist in contracting and implementation process with new hotel partners.
Evaluate market performance, hotel production, and determine follow up action.

Administration:

Prepare reports for Market Managers of China.
Assist business development team to handle supplier issues.
Prepare related documents such as presentations, contracts, tariffs, promotional materials, vouchers, hotel part sales kits, etc.
Provide training on various systems used by hotel partners.
English translation.
Regular update on supplier relationship with managers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Fluently in both written and spoken Chinese, English.
International exposure.
Experience in online travel market research and analysis.
Computer skill essential. Microsoft Excel and Power Point are must.
Education in Tourism related field is an advantage.
