Description

1. Develop and execute test plans;

2. Analyze and write test standards and procedures;

3. Develop testing scripts and execute tests ;

4. Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software;

5. Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommending corrective action;

6. Technical support for HP testing tools and customer training

Qualifications

General (Must):

1. Candidates must have 3-5 years experience of software development and testing;

2. Background automation testing framework design or performance tuning;

3. Experience of using test tools (Mercury LoadRunner, Test Director/Quality Center, QTP);

4. Good skills in both writing and oral English;

5. Passionate to learn new testing techniques;

6. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science related diploma;

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with Agile software development methodologies

2. Knowledge of BI product performance testing and DW data validation testing;

3. Knowledge of mobile application development and testing;

4. Strong technical skills and experience with Multi-Tier Enterprise class applications, Multiple Operating Systems (Windows, UNIX)

Optional:

1. Oracle/SQL Server/DB2

2. Windows and Unix/ Linux

3. Java /J2EE, C/C++, VB programming skills
