职位描述
Key Areas of Responsibility
Ø Manages sales territory and sells products, generating target levels of revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from customer base. Develops volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans and strategies for achieving desired results.
Ø Effectively communicates and negotiates sales contracts with customers. Educates customers on new products and product enhancements; articulates and presents product features and benefits.
Ø Identifies new market opportunities as well as target builds; seeks out competitive information. Establishes and maintains processes that ensure accurate budget and forecast information for the business.
Ø Provides leadership that assists management in setting strategic initiatives and programs to achieve corporate strategies.
Ø Supports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care® Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001® technical specification, as applicable to the site/region.
Education/Experience
Ø Bachelor’s degree, Chemical major, MBA desirable.
Ø 6+ years chemical industry sales experience; experiences in Activated Carbon business preferred, experiences in the industry/ application of automotive, pharmaceutical, mining, air treatment, water treatment preferred.
