Accountabilities
? Lead up the team to deliver good quality, drive for productivity improvement and achieving resources optimization.
? Deliver good customer service and act according to customer expectation to achieve customer satisfaction.
? Manage the supply chain vendor performance and ensure their service quality
? Design the strategic plan to explore, expand and maintain business relationship with existing customer in oversea or locally.
Requirements
? More than 10 years working experience in customer service and operation management in related multinational company
? Strong network in the logistics industry
? Strong ability in team building and vendor management
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Logistics or related disciplines
? Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
