职位描述：
You will be responsible for new technology and solution development for mobile antenna, NFC and wireless charging coil. You will be located in Shanghai or Beijing.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

- Explore cutting-edge technologies and track on industry design trend
- Developing innovative antenna solution with challenges of technical and product requirements.
Cooperation with other function to ensure your design can be implemented in leading product successfully
- Draft technical specification, design guideline and related documents for new solution


Qualification:

The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field. We expect a recognized professional with the following attributes:

- MSEE required, PhD is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in RF with at least 2 years in antenna design
- Must have deep understanding about of electromagnetic theory, microwave and antenna design. Profound knowledge of communication systems such as GSM/UMTS/LTE, 802.11, Bluetooth, GPS, including the corresponding system level specifications is preferred.
- Be proficient with simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, and ADS. Hands-on skills is preferred.
- Experience of tackling key technical problem or innovative design independently.
- Be proactive and self-motivated. Curiosity and sensitivity about science, technology and engineering are essential.
- Having good team spirit and communication skills
- Be fluent in both written and verbal English
