岗位职责Job description

项目经理负责项目管理，其职责包括但不限于如下内容：

The Project Manager is responsible for the operational project management. His tasks include but are not limited to:

1. 领导并监督项目组以确保有效的管理并实施分配给项目组的所有工作/Lead and supervise the project group to ensure the effective management and implementation of all assigned projects to the teams

2. 根据公司标准程序管理并实施项目/Manage and implement the projects complying with the company standard procedures.

3. 监督项目进度和绩效并及时更新和维护项目进度/Monitor the schedule performance and maintain an updated schedule at all time for all projects assigned to the group.

4. 每周编制项目工作报告并汇报工程经理/Prepare project-related reports on a weekly basis and inform the Engineering Manager

5. 确保及时准确的向工程经理提交周项目进度报告/Ensure the team has punctual and accurate updated weekly timesheets and inform the Engineering Manager

6. 确保项目文件设计、校对准确有效，并加以审核/Ensure the project documents are accurately prepared & checked by the project team and approve them

7. 协助商务经理进行合同管理/Support the commercial manager on the contract administration

8. 监督并控制所负责项目的成本，维持在计划的范围内/Monitor and control the cost to improve the project gross margin or at least to maintain it as the booked value.

9. 在项目实施过程中达到并提高顾客满意度/Achieve and improve customer satisfaction in the project implementation

10. 确保满足合同约定的商务、技术和质量条款/Assure the contract commercial, technical & quality commitments are met.

11. 执行工程经理安排的所有任务/Perform all tasks and duties as assigned by engineering manager.

12. 参加项目移交会议（从销售部到工程部），明确识别所有问题，尤其是商务条款相关方面问题Take part in the project transfer meeting (Sales Department à Engineering Department). Clearly identify all deviations especially the ones with commercial implications

13. 了解并严格遵守QMS及HIMA技术文件的要求/Be aware and strictly follow the QMS and all HIMA technical documents and requirements.

14. 负责实现项目损益目标/Responsible to achieve the projects P/L goals.

15. 负责管理项目团队遵守工程规范和质量要求/Responsible to enforce that the project team follows all engineering guidelines and quality requirements.

16. 负责策划、管理并监督所有在执行项目的进度控制、成本控制等等/Responsibility for planning, managing and supervising of all projects in hand including but not only cost- and milestone control

17. 作为与客户和/或最终用户及所有HSH部门的接口/Be the interface between client and/or end user and all HSH departments

18. 负责成功地实施FAT工作/Responsible for a successful and professionally FAT execution
