网站设计师/UX设计师需负责日常网站的设计和创意，主要职责为：
- 将客户的想法/市场需求/信息化的内容用设计展示出来
- UX设计
- 为网站创建或编辑图像和图形
职位要求
我们对网站设计师/UX设计师的要求为以下几点：
- 以各种形式从事过2年以上网站设计者优先
- 十分熟练Adobe Photoshop 以及/或Illustrator
- 必须对网页文化有一定的了解
- 具备SEO观念尤佳
- 具备电子商务工作经验优先考虑
- 英文流利
- 对内对外都有良好的沟通技巧
工作条件
- 职位：全职
- 到岗时间：即日至一月以内
- 工作地点：上海 北京
- 福利待遇：14天年假&社保
Job Duties
Web Designer/UX Designer is responsible for day-to-day website design and creation and will be in charge of:
- Translating a client's idea/marketing/informational content into a design output
- UX design
- Creating or editing images and graphics for website use
Job Qualifications
We require our Web Designer/UX Designer to have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year experience in designing websites in variety of formats preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Web culture is a must
- SEO notions is a plus
- E-commerce experience appreciated
- Chinese native speaker, Fluent in English
- Good communication skills with internal and external contacts
Job Conditions
- Position: Full time
- Availability: From now on, within one month
- Job location: Shanghai or Beijing, China
- Salary: Depends upon experience
- Benefits: 14-day annual leave & social security
