This is a Contractor role

Major Fuctions:

1)Sourcing, maintaining talent pool to fulfill immediate vacancies efficiently with good quality
2)Maintaining the effective sourcing channels and always developing creative channels and work together with HR marketing to find ways to better promoting Roche EVP
3)Candidate pre-screening, including paper/phone screening as well as face-to-face interview
4)Helping recruitment team to manage candidate throughout the recruitment process in close collaboration with hiring manager
5)Providing regular updates on talent market intelligence by participating in talent mapping projects in specific functions/areas
6)Acting as recruiter in campus recruitment from sourcing, interviewing, offering
7)Collaborating assigned regional university relations and career events

Requirments:
1)Bachelor degree or above with at least 2 year working experience
2)Strong communication skills
3)Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
4)Ability to present complex issues to varied audiences
5)Fluency in English and Mandarin
6)Can do attitude, can work under pressure
