The Position

To Take this job, you will be responsible for Monitor Maintenance Program and routine activities,such as:
1.New Equipment
I. Ensures maintenance knowledge is utilized when designing, selecting and installing equipment based on a life-cycle philosophy with the maintenance function in mind. Provides solid support regarding maintenance topics during projects performed on site.
II. Participates in the final check-out of new installations. This includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications.
III. Promotes equipment standardization. Equipment standardization reduces the number of spare parts required and the amount of training necessary.
2.KPI
I.Trace, update and report on frequency established key reliability performance indicators.
II. Publish reliability KPIs, status action plans for improvement etc in the shop floor.
III. Participate in the definition of SLA and definition of objectives (KPI) for maintenance & reliability related activities, required to fulfill SLA.
3.M&T
I．In a consistent manner and following structured process, partner with OE when required , analyze equipment operating data, perform Root Cause analysis with appropriate team members and tools (statistics, FMEA, FTA etc), identify, establish & follow up improvement plans and assure efficiency of actions implemented in order to improve equipment's performance.
II．Active participation giving input or in definition of action plans related to other activities like Risk Management, CAPA, deviations etc affecting assets
III. Daily monitoring content definition, such as routine inspection.
4.Spare part
I. Consolidate spare parts assessment considering supplier information and experience from site engineering, maintenance group and production personnel.
II. Summary periodic spare parts requested by maintenance group

设备工程师的角色，是监控维护流程以及常规活动，具体工作如下：
1.基于维护生命周期的里念，在设备设计，选型和安装引入维护知识。在项目中提供关于维护方面提供支持。
2.对新安装的设备作最终巡检。包括FAT和 SAT确保复核功能标准。
3.提升设备标准。通过建立标准减少备件数量以及培训需求。
4.在小项目的范围确认，计划和执行中与工程部和维护人员合作。
5.持续的，有层次的与OE人员分析操作数据，建立T队和工具寻找根本原因（统计，FMEA，FTA），确认，建立并且跟踪改进计划，确保设备效能。
6.定期跟踪，更新并汇报关键设备稳定性指标。
7.整理并且复核备件评估，应当考虑供应商和供应商，维护组合生产人员。

2.At least 3 years’ relevant experience in equipment maintenance
3.Have project experience will be a plus
4.Strong ability in organization and coordination
5.Good English skill
