The Position

Based in Shanghai, as Legal Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Legal Head to identify and manage legal and compliance matters to ensure whole organization comply with applicable laws and corporate compliance requirements.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide daily legal support in defined area independently, including legal research and legal advice;


• Prepare, negotiate and review various contracts and legal documents;


• Handle legal matters in a professional manner and propose legally sound solutions;


• Advise risk assessment and risk control management process optimization ;


• Manage legal projects and coordinate with related functions;


• Assist Legal Head to update and maintain corporate legal policies, standards and guidelines


• Establish communication with business/functional divisions to review and update company policies in view of the changing legal environment and commercial practice;


• Monitor training schedule and organize legal training to related divisions;


• Review business programs and activities;


• Carry out other legal tasks assigned by legal head.
  
  

Who you are

You have a bachelor degree or above in law. This is a position for professionals with 3-5 year experience as minimum in reputable law firms or multinational company. You have passed the bar exam in China and experience in compliance implementation in healthcare industry is a plus.
