As a senior specialist in Operational Compliance team, you will be responsible for supporting the Department Head in his accountability for compliance in the respective department and ensuring in process compliance control as well as act as first line compliance Business Partner for the respective department.

Furthermore, your key role and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Ensure a 100% review of all Travel and Entertainment Expense Claims, escalate incompliant findings to the respective heads and ensure swift corrective actions according to the sanctioning policy of SRPL.
• Report on a monthly basis findings to the respective SRPL Compliance Function.
• Ensure adequate usage of PEER. Review on a regular basis the completeness and accuracy of the entries of the respective department and in case of findings escalate to the respective owners.
• Ensure the control of all services and goods received from a compliance perspective in the respective departments.
• Ensure the monitoring of events and meetings with regard to the execution and documentation is in line with standards.
• Ensure that monitoring of service engagement with HCPs and HCOs are in line with standards as well as correct performance evidence and in line with fair market value.
• Act as compliance business partner for regular day-to-day questions.

Who you are

You have a university degree with specialization in law, medical or economics related discipline and good at English and Mandarin. You also have 3-5 years of working experience in corporate compliance, audit, marketing or sales function. If you have audit background is preferred. Also you have pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, but not a must. You need to familiar with compliance culture and familiar with PRC laws and regulations, especially on anti-bribery related. You are professional, and with good integrity, and have soft communication skills and time-management skills in a large-corporate environment. Meanwhile, you are self-motivated, passionate & quick to learn.
