The business development manager will be charge of assessing of marketing, managing process of BD projects, leading and facilitating business negotiation, mobilizing and coordinating internal resources and tracking performance or on-going projects. Besides, he/she might be asked to support for materials of management meetings.

Essential Job Functions:
? Develop standard process or approach for BD projects
? Assess the market potential for BD projects
? Structure the deal between external partners and our internal team/division
? Guide and support our relevant division/team as business partner for BD projects
? Work with our internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful launch of BD projects
? Regularly manage and report progress
? Provide support to management meetings per request

Requirement:
? bachelor degree required.
? Be knowledgeable within food safety market
? Experienced in/able to open gate for new markets (not rely on existing market)
? Able to deliver high level conversations and educate customer
? Ideally with connection in government (FDA), non-government (especially supermarkets) or potential customers for portable solution
? Experience /capable of project management/coordination
? Excellent reading and writing in English with good oral English
