Your responsibilities in Building Technical Installation:


? Attend workshops in the capacity as HAVC & Electrical installation expert. Take part in technical design review and the production of technical design review reports.
? You will advise our domestic and international customers on the design, project planning, and factory structures on HAVC & Electrical Supply area
? You will be responsible for calculating costs and preparing planning and implementation schedules for the HAVC & Electrical design and planning of factory and production buildings.
? You will be in charge of the project management and the scheduling, approval, tendering for suppliers.
? Supervising installation/commissioning to ramp-up and hand over.
? Assisting the customer in the selection of qualified suppliers
? Monitoring progress throughout the project implementation and comparing this with the projected schedule of work
? Liaising with the site agent and surveyor throughout the process, making adjustments to projects as necessary
? Managing sub-suppliers
? Supervising Installation and Commissioning of Equipment
? Acceptance Testing
? Training of Customer’s Employees


Requirements:

? Above-average Degree or Masters in HVAC or Media Supply related
? Above 8 years’ experience in building technical installation. The automotive industry experience is a plus
? Deep founded knowledge and hands-on experience in the planning and application of HVAC and electrical area.
? Excellent communication skills, including quick understanding and active listening, good team player
? Ability to meet high quality standard requirements
? Ability to structure complex tasks Setting and observing time schedules and budget controlling are as essential as creating status reports
? Willingness to take challenges, work under pressure, keep learning and self-improvement continuously
? Flexible as most of the subsequent projects are likely to be within China. The initial project could be in 1st Tier City in China
? Native German Speaker, Good command of English (knowledge of further languages especially Chinese would be advantageous)
? Ability to support our customers in complex project tasks as well as working in international project teams
