Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:
1. Digital marketing communication: cooperation or direct media purchase digital communication platforms (e.g. digital ad, search engine ad, etc.), and data base marketing and CRM
2. Digital trade marketing: develop and maintain the digital trade marketing material data center to support internal ecommerce function and online shopper communication
3. Keep dialogue with global digital marketing division, and internal team to drive digital marketing integration
4. Sources, establishes strong relationships and manages day-to-day activities with relevant agency partners and new media vendors
5. Recommends and/or develops digital creative material for brand campaigns.
6. Develops digital rollout plans that are in line with brand communications planning.
7. Track, review, monitor and analyze website and digital campaigns metrics to show positive ROI.

Job Requirement:
1. BS/BA degree, MS/MA/MBA, preferred but not conditional
2. 3-5 years of experience in a progressive media or interactive advertising agency or in-house marketing position focused on digital marketing media planning
3. Manage media briefs, budgets, and align digital strategy with global brand strategy
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
5. Analytical and numerical talent in a business environment
6. Ability to think creatively and generate innovative solutions
7. Self-drive and motivation
8. Excellent time management and communication skills
9. People Management Skills
10. Creative aesthetic sense
11. Advance PC skill
12. Flexible mind & team work
13. Luxury brand buying experience is required.
