职位职能: 营运主管 生产主管/督导/领班/组长
岗位职责：
1、管理日常生产作业, 确保作业质量和时效，以满足客户要求；
2、负责对作业时效、质量、延时率、成本、效率等合理控制，向上级提供数据分析改善对策报告；
3、负责下属的辅导、培训、考核等工作，使之不断进步，达到或超越公司对此职位的要求；
4、负责部门内各项业务报表的制作，并及时提交；
5、贯彻执行质量、效率、成本、人员流失率等改善措施，实现工作的持续改善；
6、上级领导交办的其他任务。

职位要求：
1、大专及以上，经济管理相关专业；
2、具备大型外包服务企业生产中心管理工作经验者优先；
3、熟悉外包行工作流程；
4、具备良好的沟通能力、协作能力以及一定的抗压能力。
5、工作地点：顺义空港物流园区（介意者慎投）
