JOB STATEMENT
This position is concerned with attending to all facets of sales administration support duties within the SBA HUB to ensure its efficient operation.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Contract/Other concerned documentation Filing.
2. Create Quotation in ERP system (SAP) according to the demand of Customer Service Rep. and customers.
3. Maintain Sales Order (SO) in ERP system (SAP) and raise it with all necessary documents or instruction to corresponding vendors, DC or SG office.
4. Update Quotation/SO.
5. Make sales contracts.
6. Follow-up SO processing including logistic, shipping documents, import, customs clearance, local delivery and payment.
7. Keep customers and Customer Service Representative informed of quotation status.
8. Assist Customer Service Representative for application of new customer and new item
9. Distribute VAT invoice of Sale contracts to customers.
10. Concerned report.
11. Backup for other customer service coordinator.
12. Answer phones when Customer Service Representative not available
13. Assist Customer Service Representative for business operation when they are not available.
14. Follow up LCS contract processing.
15. Tasks assigned by Customer service Manager.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
? At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service industry and related experience and/or training.
Desirable
? Trade certificate from college or technical school;
? Experience working in the mining or similar industry.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
? Excellent communication skills.
? Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
? Excellent telephone manners.
? Excellent organizing and planning skills to meet tight deadlines.
? Proficient in the use of MS Office, databases, spreadsheets and e-mail, preferably Lotus Notes.
? Sound problems solving and analytical skills.
? Good interpersonal skills

? Clear, responsible, patient
