Responsibility
1. Identifies, initiates, coordinates, and completes maintenance process and reliability improvement opportunities.
2. Support to identify the preventive and predictive maintenance (PPM) strategy and implement it effectively.
3. Work with site team on Process Safety Management implementation in Maintenance; i.e., work practices, design and repair standards, management of change, etc.
4. Take part in MOC-facility related work process to evaluate and eliminate potential risks
5. Assists with department budgeting and expenditure forecasting.
6. Support to reviews major purchases to assure correct spec / design
7. Keep and manage maintenance work records and documentations.
8. Support Maintenance Engineering to ensure long term maintenance equipment problems are appropriately investigated with solutions implemented.
9. Actively participate critical repair activities and provide technical support.
10. Utilize analytical and engineering skills to identify and reduce / eliminate repeated equipment failures.
11. Support to ensure plant compliance with the PMT’s Inspection, Testing and Preventive Maintenance standards for OSHA 1910.119 Mechanical Integrity element of Process Safety Management.
12. Actively support Six Sigma efforts and use HOS methods to properly solve problems

Qualifications
1. BS in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Machinery or related discipline
2. Good English skills in reading, writing and speaking.
3. Good skill at CAD and office software
4. Have strong ability to learn
5. Work hard and study hard
6. Team work spirit
7. Good communication skill
8. Knowledge of the mechanical engineering and material.
9. Knowledge of chemical process and chemical equipment
