职位描述

Key Objectives:


  • To support the Loyalty team in achieving its goals, cross departmental alignment, coordination with and steering of agencies, and administrative tasks.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Steering and coordination the Modular gift Platform Vendor in alignment with C&L Sr. Manager. Define a clear target picture as well as milestones and timeline in order to achieve the target.

  • Management of purchasing processes

  • Steering and coordination of agencies for Loyalty related activities such as gifts, welcome package, etc....

  • Manage performance in terms of time, quality and budget to meet project targets.

  • Develop innovative CRM activities corresponding to the brand profile and contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Support Loyalty Manager with the on-going management presentations, analysis/evaluation reports, etc…

  • Define and document all related processes.

  • Overall manage multi-projects, responsible for projects planning, daily tracking, issues summary resolution, internal & external resources management and reporting.

  • Facilitate the communication between dealers, BMW regional teams and external coaches to ensure all projects to achieve quantity and quality targets.

  • SAP & payment management

  • Responsible for on-going project managements and any new project support if necessary.


Education / Degree:


  • University degree / graduated in business or marketing


Knowledge / Skills / Competences:


  • Knowledge about service industry: airlines, travel agencies, merchandising, e-commerce.

  • Knowledge of and experience in CRM

  • Team player, but also willing to take on responsibility

  • Good communication skills, negotiation skills, good in aligning and coordinating

  • Fluent in Chinese and English, German would be an advantage

  • Good analysis & presentation skills, very good skills of MS office (especially Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Good Project management skills and experience


Experience:


  • Experience in working with creative and production agencies.

  • Several years experience in a CRM function and/or in a multinational company. 4-6 Years

  • Experience in related work (e-commerce, merchandising agencies)
