职位描述
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Operations Management
?Handle daily finance operation, including vendor payment, invoice request and fund transfer
?Work closely with China operation team on various finance matters
?Track operation expenses and maintain Maintenance Workbook
?Utilities data collection and management for analysis and payment track
?Monitor and manage account payables and receivables
?The above also includes other locations as deemed appropriate
?Carry out any other duties assigned by line manager
-Financial Reporting
?Prepare month end reports
?Prepare Annual Budget & Quarterly Forecast and provide financial analysis
?Reconcile SJV cost and provide detailed explanation
?Deliver regular and adhoc financial reports upon client requests
?Track contracts status and identify financial impact
?The above also includes other locations as deemed appropriate
?Prepare and manage the CCO and PO.
?Handle the Ariba requisition
-Client Management and Others
?Provide support to Regional Finance Team on all aspects
?Deal with adhoc requests from clients and Controllers
?Support for any admin related duties as necessary
EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
-Experience, Education & Qualifications
?Certificate or Diploma holder or equivalent
?3-5 years accounting experience from sizable organization with Regional exposure
?Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel is a strong plus
?Familiarity with JD Edwards platform would be an advantage
