职责:
? 有效给出数据导向的营销方案,帮助客户解决瓶阱
? 深度挖掘新开发客户的需求,根据公司经营目标和战略,向客户提交有关搭建会员管理体系,开发会员价值,利用各种营销策略唤醒沉睡会员,防止老会员流失,及提升活跃会员的优化改进意见。
? 以建立长期商业合作伙伴关系为目的,向客户展现MIGO的价值及专业度
? 深度了解MIGO产品及解决方案,并能够将其落实至解决客户商业上之问题
? 能对客户及内部人员做出清楚、有说服力、精简的简报
职位要求:
? 超过五年以上的相关产业经验,优先考虑来自策略/管理顾问公司或全球500大企业
? 极佳的分析及概念技能,能构思并掌管复杂的分析数据
? 良好的口头、简报制作及书面表达能力, 并能够与各阶层人员有效互动与沟通
? 具有优秀的营销技巧,较强的市场策划能力和运作能力;
? 有丰富的市场营销策划经验,能够识别、确定潜在的商业合作伙伴,熟悉行业市场发展现状;
? 有上进心、求知欲、高热诚、并具有专业诚信态度
? 拥有顶尖大学之学士学位,优先考虑硕士学位
Job Responsibilities:
? Help clients solve business bottlenecks through effective, data-driven marketing plans.
? Discover and develop needs of clients based on their company goals and strategies. Deliver suggestions relevant to building membership programs, discovering member values, utilizing various marketing strategies to stimulate inactive customers, avoiding loss of legacy members, and increasing member activity.
? Demonstrate to clients MIGO's value, expertise, and professionalism with the purpose of building long-term business partnerships.
? Deeply understand MIGO solutions and products, with the ability to apply them to each client’s specific business problems
? Produce clear, persuasive, and concise presentations for clients and internal audience
Job Qualifications:
? 5+ years of professional experience with relevant industry or functional work experience, ideally from a strategy/management consulting organization or top global 500 corporation
? Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with the capability to structure and oversee sophisticated analyses.
? Excellent oral, presentation and writing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
? Excellent sales, marketing planning, and operational skills.
? Abundant experience in marketing planning - able to identify potential business partners, and is familiar with current market trends. ,
? Self-motivated, intellectually curious, high energy level, with professional integrity
? Bachelor’s degree from a top university; master’s degree preferred.
