Responsibilities:

1 Manage the profitability and cash flow of all projects undertaken in line with the approved budget and Company Policies and Procedures;
2 Manage and report on project performance (monthly P&L and cash flow vs. budget) in line with Company Procedures;
3 Develop and implement the marketing action plan to meet business targets and objectives as directed by Regional Sector Directors and/or ACLA Management Team;
4 Drive and lead structured selling to maximize new work winning for the company business;
5 Prepare and maintain an overview of technical and fee proposals and submissions;
6 Actively manage project “Go/No Go” procedures to minimize bidding and business development costs whilst maximizing wins;
7 Prepare financial and technical proposals for project proposal;
8 Direct and oversee the acquisition, implementation, review and monitoring of selected projects within the Function;
9 Provide technical expertise to and motivate project teams engaged in design and advisory services using best practice principles and lead by example;
10 Oversee, management and ensure the technical requirements of all projects ensuring that client expectations are met whilst maintaining budget and risk mitigation obligations;
11 Provide support in dealing with project issues to resolve difficulties;
12 Assist in making submissions and establishing agreements with clients;
13 Prepare Project Budgets in accordance with current authority limits.

Requirements:

1 >8 years’ experience in Landscape Design/Building Engineering/Architectural consulting, contracting or allied businesses; >5 years’ experience in significant commercial and managerial areas;
2 Leader spirit, team spirit;
3 Registered Professional Landscape Designer/Architect / Engineering/Planner or other relevant affiliation;
4 Excellent coordination and communication skill;
5 Literacy in English;
6 Computer skills : MS office tools, etc.
