职位概述
The ideal candidate will have both have a core understanding of product management with respect to online software development, a deep understanding of the mainland China and Hong Kong digital space and a very strong knowledge about travel industry in the region. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong understanding of the mobile product development for the region and has the passion to continue seeking ways to improve the product using advance technology. The position will require up to 50% travel.

* Manages and directs the digital strategic direction for WDPRO’s work at Hong Kong Disneyland and Shanghai Disney Resort for our travel trade partners

* Develops, owns and maintains the vision for our Asia Pacific digital work for our travel trade partners – through cross team and organizational leadership – by connecting our travel trade business model with technology strategy and innovation, business drivers and business value

*Partners closely with the leaders of other WDPRO product lines to understand how to adapt our suite of applications for use in the Asia Pacific market

* Manages the development pipeline and team priorities, across all disciplines, based on the established vision and strategy

* Develops and maintains a dynamic and organic product roadmap necessary to influence cross-product line or cross-destination investment

Required Skills
所需技能
?Minimum 10 years experience working in the online and travel trade industry, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
?Deep knowledge of the Asia-Pacific region, with a particular focus on the needs of the Mainland Chinese market. Must understand travel and distribution in the region, as well as how consumers browse and shop online in the region
?Knowledge of localization/globalization best practices in the online space
?Experience with technical, user and business issues in a a fast moving online organization. Experience with Agile software development methodology highly desired
?Exceptional verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at an executive level
?Ability to effectively lead and support multi-track teams, while working collaboratively to deliver with quality on time
?Ability to develop business cases and distill down research and data to identify business opportunities
?Solid experience with spreadsheet analysis
?Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues
?Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, plus the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships, and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization
?Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative
?Bachelor’s degree required with an MBA strongly preferred
