职位描述
DESCRIPTION:
Identify, develop holistic solutions for suppliers to continuously improve its operational standards and guide implementation of these solutions to address challenges around The Walt Disney Company supply chains in the areas of work place standards, product quality, supply security, environment, operational excellence etc.
Act as the practice expert, project manager as well as trainer to transfer knowledge to our suppliers and to manage level-up process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Stay currents of the industry trend and new development.
·Study and conduct analysis to identify root cause of under-performing suppliers and the gap of their management system
·Train and guide implementation of supplier continuous improvement solutions:
o Deliver trainings to internal staffs for tool familiarization and application
o Provide guidance on implementation of continuous improvement process and support problem solving during the course of implementation
o Design and establish key performance indicator to measure and report improvement progress of supplier development
·Provide support to key projects on sustainable development of supply chains
·Review and enhance internal workflow, procedures and guideline to improve operation efficiency and effectiveness
·Engage and collaborate with industry think-tank for methods to continuously support elevation of supply chain bottom lines through operational excellence
·Prepare Executive project report and presentations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
·Bachelor’s degree
·Strong working experience in the areas of productivity or lean, human resources management, environmental protection and work safety
·Good business senses, understanding of supply chain challenges and is a subject master in, at least, one of the following areas: workplace standards, quality, human resources management, supply chain security, environment, productivity
5 years minimum experience with direct involvement into capacity building project in particular training and consultation
·Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
·Ability to partner and work effectively in a global environment
·Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
·Demonstrated expertise in using data management tools
·Good presentation skills
·Strong influencing and partnering skills
·Excellent entrepreneurship
Strong desire to drive business results
