Job Title:Assistant Finance Manager

Position Summary:
This position is to be Finance partner to all centers, and provide financial / analytical support for centers operational activities. This role is also responsible for identifying opportunities for generating revenue and cost savings within operations and will provide exposure to the many and varied facets of Disney English centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation, analysis, reporting and review of timely and accurate financial data and information for all centers
- Preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
-Identifying opportunities for contribution and process improvements
-Supporting Ad hoc analysis
-Be business partner to the function managers
-Monitor center spending and review purchasing orders
-Validate the quality of relevant data and reports generated from system and report findings.
-Perform any and all other duties, as may from time to time be assigned from Management team.
Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
-Experience in a Finance analysis and reporting role
-Advanced Excel modeling skills
-Excellent problem solving skills and analytical skills
-Self – motivated (Does not wait for instruction), curious and dedicated
-Ability to work autonomously and meet established reporting timeframes
-Hardworking – needs to put in long hours at closing, budgeting, forecasting
-Highly detail-oriented attitude in driving precise results
-Confidence in liaising with Managers and an ability to think laterally and show initiative
-Good oral and written communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
-Knowledge of SAP and Cognos would be highly regarded
