职位描述
Roles and Responsibilities
?Perform accurate and timely management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning etc.
?Work closely with the Business Units finance teams to prepare the Greater China consolidation reports (Actual, Forecast & Plan) with cause of change explanation
?Perform financial analysis in a decision support role to the business leaders
?Own the process of headcount tracking and reporting, working closely with HR partners
?Create sophisticated Excel models and PowerPoint presentations for the finance department
?Work with various departments within Disney to obtain relevant data for analysis purpose
?Perform any other finance related tasks and processes as needed
Key Working Relationships
?Marketing, HR teams as key finance support person
?SAS and Business Units finance teams, Greater China
?WDI Burbank finance teams
Requirements
Education:
?Finance or Business related Bachelor’s degree
?Graduate from renowned university preferred
Experience:
?Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant working experience
?Experience of working in a finance department
Knowledge & Skills:
?Strong analytical skills
?Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook a must
?Strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills
?Strong language skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English
?Good interpersonal and communication skills, liaise with other staff within or outside the team
Personality & Others:
?Pleasant personality and good team player
?Always looking for ways to improve
?Proactive and willing to learn new skills
?Able to handle confidential and financial matters
?Can work well under pressure and potentially long hours
