Main Responsibilities

-Strategic PR consultation, planning and daily account management for clients
-Team building and provide ongoing supervision to subordinates
-Draft PR proposal and prepare initial budget for new business presentations, Co-manage retainer programs.
-Develop excellent media relationship and ongoing management
-Editorial material development, include but not limited to press release, brand information, etc.
-Ongoing media liaison on media pitching, media cooperation, interview arrangement to maximize PR exposure
-Provide report and market analysis to clients for ongoing improvement
-Supporting the development of client proposals and media materials; plans, presentations, reports and communications documents.
-Press sample management
-Event planning and management

Qualification Requirement

-Bachelor degree in communications, journalism or related discipline. Majored in PR, marketing is preferred
-Minimum 5 years relevant experience in PR industry, experience fashion or luxury industry is preferred
-Solid knowledge and experience in public relations and marketing communications
-Strong organizational and project management skills;
-Experienced in PR retainer servicing and branding
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Leadership and a team player, ability to supervise and motivate the work of team members
-Strong written and oral communication skills both in Chinese and English
-Strong media networks and market knowledge in luxury and fashion industry
