Purpose:
Member of IT Solution Delivery team. Working under manager’s instruction for implementation, application support for SAP SD/MM module and vendor management.

Responsibilities:
- Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders, communicate with key user and coordinate the designing, implementation and post Go-Live support of SD & MM related business processes.
- Provide technical support on development new solution. Responsible for preparing the technical proposal based on requirement spec/business case by working together with IT business support team or directly with users. Responsible for the vendor management in the development cycle for quality assurance. Sometime will be involved in testing and even development activities on required basis.
- Provide 2nd tier application support for assigned corresponding application. Solve the problem within SLA. For unknown issues, conduct the root cause analysis and follow up to identify the root cause and resolution.
- Performs related system operation and administration duties, for example daily health check, periodical disaster recovery exercise, routine data sync, periodical user refresh training etc.
- Write professional documentation as required, For example project proposal, design specification, implementation plan, test plan, user guide and deployment plan, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Required Skills
- Good knowledge in SAP SD and MM module
- Experience with ABAP will be a plus
- Good problem analyzing skill
- Team work and Collaboration
- Good communication & inter-personal skill, both in Chinese and English.
- Flexibility and adaptability to new instructions and/or dynamic organizational priorities

Required experience
- Minimum 2 years working experience as a SAP SD/MM functional expert / consultant.
- Experience in retail industry preferred.
- Proven record for development independently.
- Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant major.
