NATURE & SCOPE
To deliver daily support and maintenance to end user’s computer, software, IT consumable and office IT equipments as ICS service.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
General
- 1st and 2nd Level Network support
- 1st and 2nd Windows based PC support
- 1st and 2nd Level Lotus Notes Client Support
- 1st and 2nd Level Mobile Device support

End User Services
- Delivery Agfa standard computer to users, including required specification.
- Provide system/software training to users
- Windows A.D account management.
- Computer leasing vendor management, process management.
- IT equipment and consumable procurement include price negotiation and vendor management.
- Software Consultant
- Computer asset management according to global procedure.
- Software asset, license material and electronic software certificated management and procurement.
- Process daily job according to system procedure as UAT, Remedy, PowerHelp etc
- Service cost allocation
- Office IT equipment maintenance
- Make documentation for service deliveries.
- Conferencing system maintenance.
- Writing Service Documentation
- Door Security system maintenance and operation
CMTPS
- SRSS/SNDB Data Administrator
Collaborative Support
- Lotus Notes service support for ASPAC
Security
- Assist with ICS Security function (Antivirus and network security) for ASPAC region.

JOB PROFILE
Education
- Minimum Degree in Information Technology or Computer science.
Experience
- At Least 3 – 5 Years IT experience
- Vendor Management
- Windows based operating system knowledge
- IT procurement
Specific skills (core competencies, key specialities, technical, human relations or managerial skills, and knowledge areas necessary)
