Summary
A UK listed software company is seeking a Business Consultant to drive its regional business. This role is based in Shanghai.

Key responsibilities:
- quickly understand business processes, discover optimisation potential, define the solution and communicate this to customers
- determine the need for solutions in market-leading companies with complex planning needs
- identify and solve our customers’ issues during presales activities (business scan, proof of concept etc)
- partner with the sales executives, project manager, technical consultants and product specialists to sell and help run a successful project
- discuss planning and optimisation solutions with the management as well as planners

Key requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
- a high abstraction level and analytic abilities
- self-directed and self-motivated with strong problem solving skills
- willing and able to travel
