Summary
A top tier investment bank is looking for a Java/C# Team Lead to lead a team of 3-4 developers and work on hands-on developments in Java/C#. This role is based in Shanghai.

Key responsibilities:
- lead a team of 3-4 developers
- work on the hands-on developments
- drive the development projects and provide the management an oversight of the resources that aligns directly to the managers
- demonstrate the capability for productive team-based work under tight deadlines on projects with rapidly evolving requirements
- draft regulatory reporting and work-flow control - e.g. ORC web, Tocbar
- handle depository and client Information - e.g. DPS
- manage equity TSG tools - e.g. BDS web, reconciliation
- direct client reporting - e.g. margin confirms, customised trade confirmations
- manage miscellaneous EUC tools - e.g. FID coupon calculation, reporting

Key requirements:
- experience in Java, .NET / C# development
- experience in structured data, relational database (schema design, SQL, XML)
- development experience in UNIX, LINUX, Windows
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- self-starter and team-worker
- enthusiastic, performance-driven technical expert and possess strong leadership attributes
- experience/knowledge of the securities and brokerage sector
