Key Responsibilities:
? Work as lab technician to support routine metallurgical request pretreatment, especially for the metallurgical exam samples cutting and preparation;
作为主要机械技术员提供日常的材料金相支持请求，尤其是金相样品的制备和切割；
? Work as lab technician to support the Metallurgist Lab operation and equipment maintenance and repair, such as electrical discharge machine (EDM), cut-off machine, polishing machine, mounting machine, et al;
作为实验室技术员支持金相实验室的运行和设备的维护保养，比如线切割机，抛光试验机，镶嵌机等；
? Supports Metallurgy and Aerodynamic COE team for the test hardware administration, including sorting, storage, standardize, sustain and disposal;
支持技术部门的材料组和转子动力学组试验零部件的管理，包括分类，储藏，标准化，维护和清理等工作；
? Supports Aerodynamic team for performance test/frequency test/LPT test etc. including hardware logistic/check in/critical dimension inspection/test result summary.
支持转子动力学组试验，如性能试验，频率试验， 激光探针试验等， 包括试验样件的准备， 送件， 关键尺寸的检测及试验结果的总结。
? Follow up the Metallurgy Group HOS and VPD requirement, help team comply with HSE, 5S through continuous improvement;
服从公司运营系统和快速产品开发的要求，帮助团队不断改进和提高HSE, 5S；

Qualifications and Skills:

? Be capable of operating the basic manufacturing equipment and preparing the simple test samples, such as electrical discharge machine (EDM), cut-off machine, polishing machine;
能够操作基本的加工设备，比如线切割，砂轮切割和抛光试验机，能独立的开展简单样品的制备的工作；
? Be capable of using general inspection equipment like vernier caliper etc to inspect the dimension of hardware
能够应用通用的量具如游标卡尺检测简单的几何尺寸
? Be professional background in the area of mechanical or metallurgical background；
具备基本的机械和金属材料的专业知识和背景
? Good interpersonal skills and team player
良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神
? Self motivated to continuously improve and learn.
愿意并能够自发进行学习及持续改进
? Good communicator in mandarin.
良好的中文/英文沟通和书写能力
? Basic PC skills are required such as Microsoft Office
