Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project. Establishes and manages realistic and committed project plans in buildup of the Quality department.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Project planning and coordination
2.Work with Product Development project team to understand the needs of the project and develop all quality aspects (internal and external customer) relative to the specific project.
3.Project structure setup in compliance with the project managers and the involved departments
4.Establishes and manages realistic and committed project plans; taking into consideration of deadlines, resources and costs when making changes and decisions to a plan.
5.Project coordination and management within the quality departments in Germany / USA
6.Coordination of the Quality department setup process in China, allocation of methods, tools and qualification of the employees.
7.Responsible for the seamless transfer of the quality management system, including the implementation of Government regulations, and overlap functions of positions for compliance with quality systems and requirements of customers.
8.Continues comparison of the desired and actual progress state. Implementation of correction measures, and capacity increase.

External: OEM Quality related departments
Internal: Related Quality Departments, Project Managers.

Working experience: Multiple years quality related working experience in automotive industry
Education: Master Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant major, Bachelor or above
English: Fluent written and oral communication (to include presentations)
German: As a plus
Computer: Familiar with MS Office, statistical analysis tools, SAP R/3
Qualification: Auditor qualification, quality engineer certificate

Requirement, Professional Skills and Abilities:
1.Familiar with ISO16949 , VDA6.1 , VDA6.3 ,QS 9000
2.Familiar with ZF quality system related standards and procedures
3.Prior experience in Quality Engineering
4.Strong organizational and task management skills.
5.Working knowledge of requirements from Core Tools - APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), FMEAs, Control Plans, Process Flows, etc.
6.Familiar with statistical tools and analysis
7.Intercultural competence
8.Strong communication skill and coordinating ability
9.High Project Management skills
10.Experience in handling OEM’s
11.Capable of making decisions
12.Independent working style, negotiation skills and ability to assert oneself are expected
