JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support and assist Regional Leasing Manager, well understand the local market and be able to recommend good local brands
  协助区域招商经理工作, 熟悉当地行业市场并拥有当地好品牌的资源
• Negotiate with tenants, maintain and build good partnership with tenants
  与租户谈判, 建立及维护与租户的伙伴关系
• Prepare / gather information regarding leasing tool kits, maintain and update tenants database
  准备与收集招商信息, 维护与更新租户的信息
• Circulate and update news letter, maintain and update master leasing scheduling
  传递及更新新闻信函, 维护与更新招商的总日程表
• Ensure and support Regional Leasing Manager in MRG’s document preparation
  确保及协助区域招商经理准备公司内部汇报会议的相关资料
• Communicate and coordinate with other regional leasing teams; timely update the information to the related functions within the company
  与各区域的招商团队沟通协作, 并与内部相关部门及时沟通更新信息
• External contact with agents, outsources such as CY lee
  对外与租、代理及合作伙伴沟通联络
• Be able to manage the mall leasing after opening
  能够处理购物中心运营后的招商工作
  

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor degree or above, good English and MS office
  本科学历, 英文良好, 熟悉办公软件的操作
• 5 years working experience, at least 2 years related experience
  5 年工作经验, 至少两年相关工作经验
• High sense of urgency, good team work spirit
  对紧急事件的敏感度高, 团队合作性强
• Be able to work in positive attitude towards changing environment
  面对变化的环境能够以积极的态度应对
• Experience in well organizing and managing mass communication and coordination 有较强的组织能力及经验处理大量的沟通协调工作
• Good relationship with local retailers as well as government authorities
  与当地零售商及政府相关部门有良好关系
