Job Responsibilities: 工作职责:

• Design tenants mix that complete the offer for our mall to become the shopping destination
  设计租户组合, 使TESCO购物中心成为一站式的购物中心
• Set up leasing process and manage timeline to ensure that malls opening with full occupancy
  建立招商流程, 管理招商进度, 确保购物中心以100%的出租率开业
• Ensure that the mall occupancy meets the target
  确保购物中心的出租率达到预期目标
• Negotiate and ensure that the rental terms and conditions achieve the budget
  与租户协商谈判, 并达到预期的商务条件及水平
• Closely work with PS, Design, Legal and Mall operation
  需要与公司内部的设计、法律、营运等部门紧密沟通
• Manage and change lease tenants to be inline and up to date with the market

管理与更换租户以适应市场日新月异的变化, 并引领市场的潮流

• Maintain good relationship with tenants.

Job Requirements: 职位要求:

• Bachelor or master degree in business management
  经济管理专业本科或硕士学历
• Preferred at least 5yrs. experience in shopping mall leasing or agency’s specialist in mall business
  至少5年购物中心招商经验或在中介公司专门代理购物中心招商工作
• Excellent in negotiation and presentation
  优秀的谈判表达能力
• Very good personality and attitude
  良好的个人素质及工作态度
• Knowledge in tenants’ background and their nature of the business or key decision makers is a plus.
  具有租户的背景, 了解租户商业性质或认识相关租户重要决策者
